Please be advised that due to the nature of our products, ALL orders are handmade to order. All of our butters are natural, raw, and in its purest form. We make sure that they are made to order with YOU in mind, to ensure you get the freshest product with the longest shelf life.

Orders will typically ship within 14 business days from date of purchase. Orders are shipped with USPS Priority 1-3 days or USPS First Class (from the date of shipment).

ALL Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

During our busier months (sales, holidays, etc.) and/or excess in orders, there may be a delay in shipping. Any reason for delays will be communicated via our social media page.

Tracking numbers are sent automatically to the email used at the time of purchase once your order is ready to be shipped. Tracking numbers will update within 48 hours of your package being delivered to carrier.

In the event that your package is not delivered or is damaged in transit, Euphoria Skyn is NOT responsible; however we will happily remake your order with a $15 reshipment fee. Please make sure that your address is correct upon placing your order.

Are all orders handmade?

All orders are handmade in small batches and made to order.

Can I get a refund, make an exchange or cancel my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product does not agree with your skin type then a partial refund will be rendered.

Who do I contact about lost, stolen, or damaged packages?

All packages are insured through USPS. We are not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages in transit. Please contact USPS.

What if my product melts?

Please keep in mind that your oil based products may melt during the warmer months. In that event, we do not issue a refund. Your product is still good to use. Just put it in the fridge for a bit until it is solid. It may not have its original texture, but it still has all of its moisture and benefits.
